The Solution To Online ‘Harassment’ Is Simple: Women Should Log Off

“Look, I know it’s not an ideal situation. In a perfect universe we would all be able to cooperate and coexist in the same environment, acting respectfully for each other’s views and the freedom of the land. But that just isn’t the world we live in mainly because of people like me.” says Milo

“I believe that women are screwing up the internet for men by invading every space we have online by openly discussing their stance on feminism to grab more attention and victimize themselves (even though some of them were actually raped, abused and violated but whatever, right?) knowing that men are naturally boisterous, confrontational and delightfully autistic which is incredibly okay because this is how we were created to be hence why we are entitled to stalk, threaten, demean and scare women and they shouldn’t have the right to complain.
“The internet can’t cope any more with such strenuous tension between the sexes which is mainly because of men who constantly attacks women. I mean, there’s a reason that male golfers don’t compete against female golfers. They’re in a league of their own, and it would end in tears because male golfers will always be better than female golfers. It’s time to apply this very “smart” and this “so-not-sexist” logic to the online world.”
“Here’s my very overthought and unbiased suggestion to fix the gender wars online: Women should just log off and never use the internet ever again. Given that men built the internet, along with the rest of modern civilisation, I think it’s only fair that they get to keep it. (Even though Ada Lovelace, a woman, invented computer programming and Radia Perlman, another woman, is responsible for the internet being the enormous system that it is today that connects devices here, there and everywhere, and stores information in an abstract Cloud.) And given what a miserable time women are having on the web because of men like me, surely they would welcome an abrupt exit. They could go back to bridge tournaments, or wellness workshops, or swapping apple crumble recipes, or whatever it is women do in their spare time.”
